WoEngage doesn't replace your existing sending infrastructure — it orchestrates it. From Settings > Providers, connect your Email, SMS, or Push provider using an API key scoped to sending permissions.
After entering credentials, use Test Connection to send a sample message and confirm the integration is working before it's used in a live campaign.
You can connect more than one provider per channel — for example, a primary and backup SMS provider — and choose which one a given campaign sends through.
Delivery status, bounces, and opt-outs reported by your provider are synced back into WoEngage automatically, so future campaigns respect suppression lists without extra setup.
