WoEngage connects directly to the data sources you already run in production — no data warehouse or ETL pipeline required. Supported SQL engines include PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.
On the NoSQL side, WoEngage supports MongoDB and DynamoDB, reading collections and documents the same way it reads rows and tables from a relational source.
If your data doesn't live in a managed database, CSV uploads are treated as a first-class source: they get the same schema detection, querying, and campaign targeting as any live connection.
