Campaigns in WoEngage start with a prompt, not a spreadsheet. Head to Campaigns and select New Campaign, then describe your goal in plain language — for example, "re-engage users who signed up but never completed onboarding."
The AI agent translates your prompt into a query against your connected data source, surfaces the matching audience for review, and proposes a channel (Email, SMS, or Push) and message draft based on your past sends.
You stay in control at every step: review the generated audience and copy, make edits inline, and approve before anything sends. Nothing goes out without a human confirming it first.
Once approved, you can launch immediately or hand scheduling off to automation — covered in the Scheduling and Automating Engagement Campaigns guide.
